GOAL I: TO DEEPEN THE FAITH LIFE OF OUR PARISH
Our WORSHIP is meant to be the “source and summit” of our Christian spirit. Sunday after Sunday, we come together as a family to be nourished by Word and Sacrament, so that we can better live the Gospel. Jesus calls us to make every Sacrament a graced moment, an opportunity to experience his saving touch. We celebrate those moments as brothers and sisters of the Lord. The welcome that we extend to one another is meant to renew us as a people and strengthen our resolve to grow together in God’s love.

Objective 1: To continue to make the Liturgy an experience that seeks to meet the needs of all who worship with the parish. To recognize the gifts that each person has been given and to encourage and assist all the members of our faith community to use those gifts in active participation.
a) Coordinator for each Mass b) Ministers’ Training/Reflection c) Monthly Dinner for Parishioners

Objective 2: To make each Sacrament celebrated at St. Bonaventure an experience that can enliven the whole parish. To raise parish awareness by enlisting a “prayer partner” from the community for each person who is preparing to celebrate a sacrament.
a) Prayer Partner Coordinator b) Baptism Couples c) Ash Wednesday Coordinator

Objective 3: To continue to make the connection of our mission to the poor part of our liturgical celebration. To continue involving all our children in Sunday worship through the Religious Education worship commitment portion of the program. To use our adult liturgical ministers to mentor the worship commitment students.
a) Special Collections and Groceries b) Mentoring Process c) Ministry Sign-up Weekend (Pew Cards)

Objective 4: To make our praise of God the central reason for our worship together. To recognize and bless all liturgical ministers and commission them for their service. To offer evenings of faith sharing for all members as well as opportunities for them to grow in their ministry.
a) Monthly Lectio Divina b) Four Faith Sharing Evenings c) Ministers’ Commissioning Weekend
